Dunhill is developing a collaborative campaign with Lupin III THE FIRST, the latest movie version in honor of Japanese manga, animation, art, and film culture.
“Lupin III” boasts enormous popularity in various media including TV animation, movies, and games, more than 50 years after the manga series started in 1967. “Lupin III THE FIRST” will release on December 6 is the first 3DCG animation series directed by Takashi Yamazaki, who charged the creator of Japanese VFX. In commemoration of this, a special visual of Lupin III, which became more and more stylish, was created by wearing Dunhill’s AW19 collection.
In this collaboration, Dunhill’s creative director Mark Weston is inspired by Japanese cloths in their cutting and volume part, which are in pursuit of the aesthetics of the man, respectively, which also overlaps the world view of the national character “Lupin III “
Dunhill Ginza’s main store from October 11th starts to sell the unusual series, and the Dunhill’s LINE account will deliver original wallpaper to all customers.
