“Digimon Adventure” 20th Anniversary Memorial Project

Toei Animation and Parco are currently holding the “DIGIMON ADVENTURE” 20th Anniversary Memorial Story Project at the crowdfunding site BOOSTER.

“Digimon Adventure” celebrated its 20th anniversary since it was released to the theater in 1999 and TV anime broadcasting started. As a culmination of this, a limited-time fan club was born through crowdfunding to further enhance the Memorial Year.

In this project, Digimon character designer Kenji Watanabe, designed and stuffed the original partner Digimon for the participants, focusing on e-mail magazine distribution and memorial story recording Blu-ray as a return (privilege) to the participants, Special contents such as the limited figure of “Engemon” specially drawn by Katsuyoshi Nakatsuru, the character designer of the anime “Digimon Adventure”, and the right to participate as a Gaya in the memorial story dubbing are available. All returns are “complete build-to-order production” and are only available in this project.

“Digimon 20th Memorial Story” is a new movie version “Digimon Adventure LAST EVOLUTION Kizuna” such as the day before and the side story, videos that could not be drawn in the main part of the theater. Five special works will be produced as short animations.

* The memorial story will also be screened exclusively at the character goods shop “LB POP-UP THEATER” which opens on the 6th floor of Shibuya PARCO (opening on November 22). (Only one episode will be released on the web)
