As year 2019 is the Year of the Pig in Chinese New Year, characters related to pig are extremely hot recently. Tonde Burin, a comic series first published in Aug, 1994, describing a superhero magical girl who can transform to piggy shape, is popular again this year.
To celebrate the Chinese New Year, the ONE shopping mall is collaborating with Tonde Burin this year. As Tonde Burin is a collective memory of many of the 20’s and 30’s, who are the target customers of the mall.
There are several photo spots with Tonde Burin in Japanese style, customers can freely take photos and celebrate the festival.
